Having trouble viewing the Live Stream?

We use Windows Digital Rights Management System. You will need to login from a Windows operating system computer.


You must have Windows Media 9 or above
to view the live stream. Get the FREE Player here!

Our state of the art Live streams use the most current version of Windows Media Player. If you have Windows 98, Windows Millenium or Windows XP your computer most likely came loaded with Media Player 7 and you will need to install the newer version of Windows Media Player 9 or above.

You must have a high speed connection either DSL or Cable. Our live feed runs with a bit rate of up to 250K. If you are getting a constant "buffering" message in the player window then your connection is not fast enough. This usually happens when you are using a shared wireless connection. Most "wired" users will not experience this error.

When inputing your Credit Card info make sure you are using a 2 digit month and 4 digit year
IE: 09/2009 for your expiration

You cannot share your username and password, the Digital rights Management software allows only on IP address per user.

If the "PLAY" button is not clickable, You must update your Microsoft DRM http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp

You need Macromedia Flash installed. Much of our content is Flash, in order to have a good user experience make sure you have the newest version of Flash installed.

Refunds

Once you have commited to purchase the live content, we do not offer refunds. If a live event is cancelled and/or there is a broadcast malfunction during the live event or you are unable to view the live content due to a cancellation or postponement, you will be given access to a future event of equal value. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the neccessary equipment to view the live broadcast.
