Our typical Web cast package consists of the following:

What You Receive:

Usually you, the promoter has hired a camera crew which we get the audio and video feed from, we encode and send to our servers. (For an additional fee we can provide a complete camera crew) You receive a "raw" DVD of the actual web cast with all the camera switches and effects. Our archived copy is not meant to replace a camera crew for a polished DVD of your event. For a DVD quality copy you should edit your own footage.

The web cast would be an enhancement to your event, it would enable fans, friends and family of the fighters to view the fight when they are unable to go to the event.

• We add your sponsors to our website for added exposure. W e make a seperate Webpage for your event, on our site. We can display commercials for your sponsors in the broadcast (you can charge for them!). We advertise your event at prior events. You will receive a e-mail list of all the subscribers to your event.

  
  What We Provide and Receive:

  We receive $1,500 Up-Front* then, we receive the first $500 in net subscriber revenue, then we split the remaining net revenue 50/50 from the sign ups.
  
  Most if not all costs are paid by the subscribers, you minimize risk, and with paid commercials you could have no out of pocket! You could Essentially receive a FREE webcast!

  *If your event is in excess of 75 miles from Huntington Beach, CA you provide one room hotel for 1 night (Marriott or similar quality) and $1,500. ..If your event is more than 350 miles away you provide roundtrip airfare for two people, and 2 nights hotel and $2,000. ..If event is in excess of 1,000 miles you provide, round trip airfare for 2 people, 3 nights hotel and $2,500.
  
  The sooner you schedule you are ensuring your date. The upfront is paid via Check or PayPal.
  
  We need to be able to market to your e-mail list, have a FREE ad in your program, In addition you allow us to distribute postcards at your event to promote itsfightnight.com upcoming web casts.

   

  Web Cast Setup:
  
  We utilize your hired camera crew, if you use our crew (an additional fee) we use three cameras with a video switch, You can at your own expense provide color commentators. We stream at a high bit rate of 250K which enables the viewer to see it FULL SCREEN!

  Sound is from your sound system, plus we set-up mic's near the ring or cage. The mic's are good because you get to hear the impact of the punches and hits, it's basically ambient sound.
  
  The web cast equipment would be set up in the rear, it would not interfere with the seating area, we would need to scope it out.
  
  If the Bar or concession stand is away from the ring or cage we can set-up a 30 inch plasma screen near by, so while they are in line for a drink they don't miss any of the action!
  
  You provide a broadband internet connection and power.

  The viewers must have a broadband connection and Windows Media 9 or above installed. Our Digital Rights Management system is not compatible with Apple Computers.

  Below is a list of additional services that can be added to your event to enhance both the broadcast production and onsite services.
  
  Interview Camera
  ItsFightNight recommends having an interview camera position at each event. This allows for athlete intervies and provides engaging content for the webcast. This angle can also be used to incorporate lifestyle shots as well as another action angle when interviews are being cued up.
  
  Wireless Camera Equipment:
  ItsFightNight will provide equipment for a wireless video feed to a specific cinematographer. This is for the equipment only and does not include the camera operator.
  
  Additional Cinematographer:
  ItsFightNight has complete production professionals ready to take care of any broadcast needs. Complete camera coverage and footage capture per day.
  
  Additional Network Zone:
  ItsFightNight can install an additional Internet lines with the wireless network zones at each location. This can be extremely helpful for big events needing sponsor tents to have internet services. Please consult ItsFightNight for this service.
  
  Direct Monitor Feed of Event:
  ItsFightNight will custom install flat screen or monitor displays at designated locations at the event site broadcasting the high quality live feed. This service can range from a 32” monitor display to a projection screen. Please consult ItsFightNight for details.
  
  Creative Design Services:
